Restorative: Reclined Supported Supta Baddha Konasana

This video shows you the set up for reclined supported butterfly pose. You will need pillows, blankets, blocks, and an eye pillow.
Once you know the set up you will decide how long you want to stay in the posture for. I recommend 20 min-60 min to deeply allow your body to rest and restore.
